Packer
Packer is a pure bred Black Laborador Retriever who will be turning 7 on April 19th of 2005. He has an extensive
career logging more than 1500 "man miles" on trails and is a 110 lb tank. From running behind mountain bikes to running
down river banks and occasionally swimming a class II rapid or below to keeping the belayer company at the local crag, this
dog has done it all. And no, I do not carry his food and water, occasionally I will carry his modified ridgerest-sleeping
pad to prevent him snagging it on trail obstacles.
